One of the company's main clients has been Cable & Wireless who have continued to utilise the services of JM Partnership since the company was first established as an Approved Inspector in 1997. Over the years they have required assistance with office refurbishments to their main bases in Birmingham, Bracknell, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Swansea and Swindon. Cable & Wireless have always been at the forefront of design concept and solutions and many of their buildings have exceeded the thermal requirements within Part L of the Building Regulations.
An interesting recent office development was in Chichester, West Sussex for Wiley & Sons Ltd, where even though it was designed for a particular client, it also incorporated the flexibility to be sub divided if required in the future.
